Watson AM AG is a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft, registered in Basel under UID CHE-368.490.535 and founded in October 2024 by its Danish and Swiss founding partners. The firm pairs Swiss precision with Nordic directness, and keeps a direct line open to the founders and the team, on any deal.
Watson AM takes its name from Dr John H. Watson, Sherlock Holmes' companion: the steady analyst, the voice of reason, the partner who grounds bold ideas in practical insight. Holmes gets the headlines. Watson writes the case down, gets the details right, and lets the work speak.

Anders leads origination and structuring. He was named a Berlingske Top 100 Talent in 2021, and previously co-founded and ran Introdus in Denmark, with experience across asset management, real estate, and technology.

Søren is a sales-focused entrepreneur and board-level executive. He holds degrees in business administration, international management and innovation management, and was named Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 in Aarhus, Denmark.

Nathan holds degrees in economics, business management and marketing, and has spent his career in the field. He takes a holistic view of marketing, treating it as something that touches every part of a business rather than a function that sits on its own.
Director · Partner
Michael is a senior commercial leader with more than 20 years in global roles. He has run consumer businesses worth over USD 1bn and built market positions across Europe, the GCC and Africa, and brings that operating experience to Watson's growth and partnerships.
